With this in mind, please note if you call through to our office seeking personal information in regards to your account with ask or seeking copies of paperwork we may ask to verify some personal details before handing information out. Remember we only do this to ensure we are keeping your personal information private in a world where fraud is becoming a real day to day concern.

Coastline Realty uses personal information collected from you to act as your agent and to perform your instructions under this agreement.

We may disclose information to other parties including on the internet, media organizations, potential customers, or to customers of Coastline Realty both existing and potential, as well as tradespeople, strata, government and statutory bodies and to third parties as required by law.

We will only disclose information in this way to other parties as required to perform duties under this agreement, to achieve the purposes specified above or as otherwise allowed under the Privacy Act 1988.
