4/32 Whalley Street, Bargara
A born & bred local, Emma loves the lifestyle and opportunities that are provided by the beautiful Bundaberg and Bargara regions. After 5 successful years so far in Real Estate with a broad range of experience. Emma’s father Errol is one of Bundaberg’s best known and well respected builders so it is no surprise that from a young age, Emma has been ‘on site’ and been around land, building and houses her entire life.
After completing High School at Shalom College, Emma worked in conveyancing at MRH Lawyers which gave her an understanding of Real Estate from the legal perspective. Emma’s next step was to own an Interior Design business, developing skills in building design and interior styling. In 2011, after 3 years of interior design, Emma decided that her calling was for Real Estate, working with Coastline Realty for approximately 12 months. For over 4 years, Emma has been working as a salesperson for a well known local real estate agency.
Emma says “The prior experience in conveyancing, building, design and also real estate, is valuable experience that will add real value to a home seller. I am confident that I have an extensive knowledge of all that is involved in the sale and purchase of residential property, through my real life experiences, to assist my current and previous clients as much as possible.” When Emma needs some down time you will usually find her playing a round of golf at one of the area’s beautiful courses, practicing yoga or at the beach with friends and family. Emma also still keeps a keen interest in interior design and spends time following the new trends in this area, together with professional development in Real Estate.
